NXT Offices in Athens: Work, Reframed
The NXT offices bring together the raw character of the existing building with a more polished, contemporary approach to the workplace. Exposed concrete, visible services and warm timber form the architectural backdrop, while glass partitions keep the different working areas connected and allow light to travel through the space.
The Outcome
Rather than treating the office purely as a place to work, the design introduces moments that shift its rhythm throughout the day. Meeting rooms and focused workspaces sit alongside softer lounge areas, a bold red bar and a communal kitchen, where custom graphics and unexpected details give the interior its own personality. Lighting plays an equally important role, from linear fixtures over the desks to the cluster of oversized globes that transforms the lounge into one of the project’s most distinctive spaces.
The photography follows these contrasts: industrial and refined, structured and playful, private and communal. Wider frames establish the relationship between the different zones, while closer compositions focus on material transitions, furniture, lighting and the details that make each area feel considered. Movement is introduced selectively, bringing a human presence into the architecture without shifting attention away from the space itself.
The result is a workplace that feels professional without becoming conventional - an office designed not only around how people work, but around how they meet, pause and move through the day.
